Nationwide Shipping via Courier Guy and Pudo (lockers)
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Courier Guy to either your door,
or to a Pudo Locker https://www.pudo.co.za/where-to-find-us.php
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online and via email.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Special care is taken when packaging your order, however in the event of an item being damaged in transit,
please contact us via orders@plantpals.co.za to rectify.
Returns:
You have 30 days to return any unwanted or damaged items. Please return in same condition as was sent to you. To return an item/s please contact us via email at orders@plantpals.co.za and we will respond within 48hrs. If an item arrived damaged we will send out a replacement without any need for return or if an item is unwanted, return shipping costs will be buyers responsibility. Once an item/s have been returned a refund will be issued within 7 days.
